| 220. Every officer or servant of a Pradeshlya Sabha who is paid out of the Pradeshiya Sabha Fund and every contractor or agent to whom the collection of any tax or of any payment on account of any land or building of Pradeshlya Sabha is entrusted by, or under the authority of a Pradeshiya Sabha and every servant or other person employed by such contractor or agent for the collection of such tax or payment, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of that term as used in the Penal Code |
