| 222. For the purposes of any Pradeshiya Sabha, the enactments enumerated in the Sixth Schedule hereto shall be repealed as from the date on which such Pradeshiya Sabha is constituted: Provided that nothing in this section contained shall be deemed to affect or in any way derogate from such of the rights, powers, and duties of the Minister as are not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act, in respect of principal thoroughfares or any portions thereof situated within the limits of any Pradeshiya Sabha. |
