| 74. Where for any reason, the amount of any compensation payable under section 73 is not agreed upon between the Pradeshiya Sabba. and the claimant, such amount may be determined by two arbitrators, of whom one shall be nominated by the Pradeshiya Sabha and the other by the claimant. If the two arbitrators cannot agree, they shall appoint an umpire, and the award of he arbitrators or umpire, as the case may be, given in terms of the reference agreed to by the Pradeshiya Sabha and the claimant, shall be final. |
