Parliamentary Scholarship Board Act (No. 22 of 2002) - Sect 8

Fund of the Board

8. There shall be a Fund of the Board out of which all disbursements connected with the grant of scholarships shall be made and into which shall he paid
(a)all moneys voted by Parliament for the purposes of this Act;
(b)all donations and grants, foreign or local, received by the Board ;
(c)all other gifts by way of money.
