2. Section 4 of the Public Service Mutual Provident Association Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment"), as last amended by Law No. 54 of 1973, is hereby further amended by the substitution, for paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of that section, of the following new paragraph : "
| " (c) eleven members of the corporation to be elected once a year at the annual general meeting, subject to the proviso that no such member shall hold office for more than three years in succession and that if in service, each member should be stationed within the administrative limits of the municipality of Colombo. ". |
