Peradeniya Sri Sarananda, Bauddha Sangamaya (Incorporation) Act (No. 8 of 1985) - Sect 8

Debts due by and payable to the Sangamaya

8. All debts and liabilities of the Sangamaya existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid and discharged by the Corporation, and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Sangamaya shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
