Public Trustee (Amendment) Act (No. 41 of 1983) - Sect 3

Amendment of Section 45 of the principal enactment.[3,4l of 1983]

3.Section 45 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition immediately after subsection (5) of that section, of the following subsection:"
(6) The preceding provisions of this section shall not apply in a case where the Public Trustee is appointed manager of immovable property under paragraph (ee) of section 5. ".
