Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka Act (No. 35 of 2002) - Sect 39

Provision for conflict with other written laws

39. The provisions of this Act and the regulations, rules or orders made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other relevant Act other than this Act and in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Act and the provisions of any other relevant Act the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
