6.
| (1) The custody of all immovable property of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules of the Corporation, be vested in a Board of Trustees consisting of the Patron, President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Corporation. |

| (2) The first Board of Trustees of the Corporation shall be the Board of Trustees of the Association holding office at the time of the coming into operation of this Act, |
|
| (3) No act or proceeding of the Board of Trustees shall be invalid by reason only of any vacancy in the member ship of the Board. |
