Polgahawela Young Men's Buddhist Association (Incorporation) Act (No. 23 of 1984) - Sect 8

Debts due by and payable to the Association

8. All debts and liabilities of the Association existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Association, shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
