Railways (Amendment) Act (No. 20 of 1971) - Sect 4

Insertion of new section 4A in the principal enactment

4. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 4, and shall have effect as section 4a, of the principal enactment: -
4A. Rules made by the Minister relating to the charges for the conveyance of passengers and goods by the railway shall be published in the Gazette and shall come into operation on such date as may be specified therein.".
