| 3. Section 7 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, all the words from " shall be guilty of an offence " to " such fine and imprisonment. " of the words " shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three hundred rupees or to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding one month or to both such fine and imprisonment.
