Rent (Amendment) Act (No. 55 of 1980) - Sect 7

Amend ment of section 9 of the principal enactment

7. Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for paragraph (a) of that subsection, of the following paragraph :
" (e) as an advance of rent, any amount exceeding the authorized rent for a period of three months ; or.
