12.
(1) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the competent authority on a determination made by him on a claim to compensation under this Law may within fourteen days of the receipt of the notice of determination under section 11 appeal therefrom to the Tribunal constituted for the purpose. |

(2) The Tribunal shall consist of five members appointed by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Judicial Services Advisory Board, one of whom shall be a proctor or advocate with at least five years professional experience. |

(3) Three members shall constitute the quorum of the Tribunal. |
|
(4) The Chairman of the Tribunal shall be appointed by the members at each meeting of the Tribunal. |
|
(5) The members of the Tribunal shall be remunerated at such rates as may be prescribed. |
|
(6) The Tribunal may either confirm or increase the compensation determined as payable by the competent authority under sect ion 11. |
|
(7) The decision of the Tribunal on any appeal shall be final and conclusive and shall not be questioned in any court of law. |
