Whine the competent authority is satisfied that any lorry requisitioned under section 2 is permanently required by the Government for any public purpose. he may by Order (hereinafter in this Law referred to as a " vesting Order ") published in the Gazette vest such vehicle in the appropriate authority for and on behalf of the Government. |
