Power to enter any land or premises
24. It shall be lawful for the Chairman of the Authority or any officer generally or specially authorized by him in writing, after giving at least three days' notice in writing to the owner or occupier of any land or premises, to enter upon such land or premises and there do such acts as may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of carrying out any work of the Authority, or of making any investigation or examination, preliminary or incidental to the exercise of any power, or the discharge of any function, of the Authority. |
