Regional Development Banks Act (No. 6 of 1997) - Sect 37

Certain written laws not to apply to the Bank

37. The provisions of the following written laws shall not apply to the Bank :-
(a) the Money Lending Ordinance ;
(b) the Debt Conciliation Ordinance ; and
(c) the Pawn Brokers Ordinance.
