Regulated Equipment for Agricultural Projects (Special Provisions) Act (No. 26 of 1971) - Sect 9

Appeal from a determination of compensation under section 8

9.
(1) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Permanent Secretary on a determination made by him on a claim to compensation in respect of any regulated equipment vested in the Government may within fourteen days of the receipt of the notice of determination under section 8 appeal to the Minister from such determination.
(2) The decision of the Minister on such appeal shall be final and conclusive and shall not be questioned in any court of law.
