Preparation of first supplement to the revised edition

2. As soon as possible after the coming into force of the revised edition, Ekanayaka Rajapaksa Kodippili Dissanayaka Mudiyanseralahamillaye Hector Deheragoda, Esquire, Assistant to the Commissioner, shall prepare a supplement, hereinafter referred to as the " first supplement", to that edition.
