Registration Of Dogs (Amendment) Act (No. 60 of 1961) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 4 of the principal enactment. [ 31, 60 of 1961.]

4. Section 4 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -
(1) by the substitution, for the word " town,", wherever that word occurs in that section, of the words " town, village area," ; and
(2) by the substitution, for the words " may hereafter be established, and ", of the words " may hereafter be established, or within the limits of any village area brought under the operation of the Village Councils Ordinance, and ".
