Registration Of Electors (Amendment) Act (No. 10 of 1989) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 23 of the principal enactment

4. Section 23 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section as follows:
(a) by the substitution, for the words and figures ''section 15 or section 22 ", of the words and figures 11 section 15 or section 17A or section 22 " ; and
(b) by the substitution, for the words and figures " expunged from the register, under section 15 the ", of the words and figures " expunged from the register under section 15 or section 17A".
