| 22. Where any person whose name is deleted from any register as he is subject to the incapacity of being registered. as an elector by reason of any of the provisions of paragraphs (e), (f), (g), (h) (i) and (j) of Article 89 of the Constitution, ceases to be subject to that incapacity, then, if he makes a written application to the registering officer of any electoral district to have his name entered in the register for that electoral district and such registering officer is satisfied that such person is not disqualified to have his name entered in such register, the name of such person shall be entered in such register. The entry of such name in such register shall have effect notwithstanding that at the time of such entry the preparation, revision or certification of such register under this Act may have been completed. |
