| 17. Whenever, after the registration of a company undo; section 15, any alteration or change occurs or is made so as to affect any of the document or particulars submitted with the application for registration under subsection (1) of section 14. or were required to accompany the application for registration, she insurer shall forthwith furnish to the Board a full authenticated statement of such alteration or change. |
