(1) The Board may by notice in writing, require any insurer to furnish to it copies of policy forms issued by such insurer, for purpose of examining whether the interests of policy holders are being adequately safeguarded, and it shall be the duty of such insurer to comply with such notice. |

(2) The Board may having regard to the need to ensure that the terms of the contract of insurance covered by such policy form are fair and equitable, direct amendments So any policy form furnished to the Board under subsection (1), and it shall be the duly of the insurer furnishing such forms to give effect to such amendments. |

(3) No information acquired under this section by any member of the Board or any officer or servant thereof shall be disclosed or used by such person, except when required to do so by a court of law. or for the purpose of exercising, performing and discharging the powers, duties and functions of the Board. |
