| 55. When any investigation in respect of an insurer is made under section 54, the provision of section 162 of the Companies Act. No.1of 1982, shall apply for the purposes of such investigation, as they apply to an investigation made in pursuance of that section of that Act, and ail expenses of and incidental to such investigation shall be defrayed by the insurer and shall have priority over other debts due from the insurer. |
