| (1) Every return furnished to the Board under this Act or a certified copy thereof shall be kept at the office of the Board, and shall be open for inspection by any person with the approval of the Board at such hours as it may specify. except such information which in the opinion of the Board is confidential, which shall not be open for inspection by any person. |

| (2) A person may obtain a copy of any return or any part thereof, (other than confidential information) on payment of such fee as is determined by the Board by rules made in that behalf. |
