Termination of appointment of administrator
65. If at any time, on a report made by the Board in that behalf, it appears to the Minister that the purpose of the appointment of an administrator has been fulfilled or that for any reason it is undesirable that such appointment should continue, the Minister may revoke the appointment and thereupon the administrator shall be divested of the management of the business of the insurer which shall, unless otherwise directed by the Minister, again vest in the person in whom it was vested immediately prior to the date of appointment of the administrator. |
