| 93. Without prejudice to the provisions of sections 54. 57. 67, 90, 91 or 92 by which a special penalty is specified for an offence, any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act or any direction sent by the Board under this Act or any rule made under this Act, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not less than fifty thousand rupees, and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine notices than two thousand rupees for each day on which the offence is so continued after the conviction. |
