Regulation Of Insurance Industry Act (No. 43 of 2000) - Sect 97

Service of Notices.'

97. Any notice or other document required or authorized by or under this Act to be served on any insurer, shall be served on any director or manager or officer thereof in accordance with the provisions in that behalf contained in the Companies Act. No. 17 of 1982. and. if so served, shall be deemed for the purposes of this Act to have been dull served.
