Removal of Officers (Procedure) Act (No. 5 of 2002) - Sect 14

officers and servants to be public servants,

14. The officers and servants appointed to assist the Committee shall he deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code and every inquiry or investigation conducted by the Committee shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of that Code.
