Establishment of the Rehabilitation of Persons Properties and Industries Authority

2.
(1) There shall be established a body called the Rehabilitation of Persons, Properties and Industries Authority (hereinafter referred as "REPPIA ") .
(2) REPPIA shall by the name assigned to it by this Act, be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
