Where District Court orders amendment of Register

30.

(1) The District Court after due inquiry shall make order as the justice of the case may require.

(2)

	(a) Where the District Court orders the amendment of the Title Register in respect of a land parcel registered with a Second Class Title of Ownership, such Order shall be conveyed to the Registrar of Title who shall cause such amendment of the register to be effected.

	(b) Such Order of the Court shall also be conveyed to the Commissioner of Title Settlement and the Surveyor-General.
