| 47. No part of a land parcel registered with a First Class Title of Absolute Ownership or a Second Class Title of Ownership under the provisions of this Act shall be transferred or otherwise dealt with unless the registered owner has first sub-divided such land parcel and the land parcel so subdivided has been registered under the provisions of this Act. |
