Registration Of Title Act (No. 21 of 1998) - Sect 70

Notice declaring areas in which the principal of minimum economic unit will apply

70.
(1) The Minister may by Notice published in the Gazette declare any area for which Registers of Title have, been compiled, as an area in which the principle of minimum economic units of land parcels shall apply.
(2) Where a notice has been published under subsection (1) above, the Commissioner of Title Settlement shall take slops for the introduction of procedures in conformity with regulations made under this Act.
