(1) Any person over sixteen years of age who has a deposit or savings account in the Bank may, nominate a person, to whom the moneys lying to the credit of such first mentioned person shall be paid upon his death and, the provisions of section 44 of the National Savings Bank Act, No. 30 of 1971, shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to, and in relation to, such nomination and the payment of the moneys in such account to the nominee. |
