2, Section 6 of the Rubber Research Ordinance is hereby amended in subsection (1) thereof by the substitution, for paragraph (a) of that subsection, of the following paragraph: -
| " (a) In order to provide an annual income for the Board there shall be charged, levied and paid on all rubber exported from Sri Lanka an export duty of four decimal four cents on every kilogramme of rubber exported from Sri Lanka, and the proceeds thereof shall be paid over monthly to the Board by the Principal Collector of Customs, no part thereof being credited to the Consolidated Fund: |
