The seal of the Corporation shall be in the custody of the Chairman of the Board of Management and it shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever, except with the approval of the Board of Management and in the presence of two members of the Board of Management who shall write and sign their names to the instrument in token of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person its a witness. |
