Management of the affairs of the Corporation

5.
(1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, and the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation be administered by a Board if Management consisting a Director-General and such " lumber of members as may be provided for in rules of the Corporation.
(2) The first Director-General of the Corporation shall be Venerable Pelpola Vipassi Thero.
