| 6. Subject to the provisions of section 5, the rules set out in the Schedule to this Law, shall for all purposes be the rules of the Corporation: Provided, however, that nothing in this section contained shall be deemed or construed to prevent the Corporation at any general meeting from making fresh roles or from amending, adding to or rescinding any of the rules set out in the Schedule. |
