| (1). The custody of all property belonging to the Corporation shall, subject to the rules for the time being of the Corporation, be vested in a Committee of Trustees consisting of five persons who shall be appointed by the Life Patrons, and shall continue as such Trustees until they resign or die, or until they are removed from office by the Life Patrons. |

| (2) The first Committee of Trustees of the Corporation shall be the Committee of Trustees of the Association holding office on the date of commencement of this Law. |
