River Valleys Development Board. [ 2, 6 of 1965.]

2.
(1) With effect from such date as the Minister may appoint by Notification published in the Gazette there shall be established a board by the name of the River Valleys Development Board.
(2) The Board shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and may by its name sue and be sued.
