Exemption from customs duty and income tax. [ 2, 46 of 1961.]
24. Notwithstanding anything in any other written law-
(a) the Principal Collector of Customs may, with the sanction of the Secretary to the Treasury, waive the customs duty on any articles imported by, or for, the Board, or purchased out of bond by the Board, for any of its purposes.
