| (1) The Minister may, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, make regulations for all or any of the following matters : -
| | (a) any matter which has to be determined under section 4 ; | | |
| | (b) the manner in which the accounts of the Board shall be kept and audited. | | |
|
|
| (2) No regulation made by the Minister under subsection (1) shall have effect until it has been approved by the Senate and the House of Representatives and published in the Gazette. |
