obstruction of Land Surveys
18. Every person who wilfully obstruct or hinders the Surveyor-General or registered Surveyor authorised by him in that behalf of a registered licensed Surveyor or any person assisting such Surveyor-General in the performance of his duties in relation to any survey or the ascertaining making out of any boundary of any survey lines, or the fixing, plating, restoring, repairing or setting up of any survey mark shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees. |
