| 20. Every person who places in position in relation to any land any peg, mark. land mark or other mark, not being a survey mark properly placed that is intended to cause any person to believe that it is a survey or land mark placed in that position for the purposes of any survey under this Act or other written law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand rupees. |
