Survey Act (No. 17 of 2002) - Sect 44

Powers of registered surveyor

44. A registered surveyor
(a) may engage in land surveys in the service of the Government and when authorised by the Surveyor General ; or
(b) who holds a Annual Practicing License, may engage in the practice of land surveying for fee or reward.
