Salt(Amendment) Act (No. 31 of 1964) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 16 of Chapter 211

2. Section 16 of the Salt Ordinance is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words " by Government from time to time ", of the words " from time to time by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance".
