Section 3 of the Stamp Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment ") is hereby amended in sub-section (1) of that section, in paragraph (c) of that sub-section, by the substitution in sub-paragraph (iii) of that paragraph, for the words " a duty of one rupee for every one hundred rupees of such debenture stock;", of the words " the same duty as on a bond for an amount equivalent to the total face value of the debenture stock created or issued by the company:' |
