Stamp (Amendment) Act (No. 49 of 1968) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 3 of Chapter 247

2. Section 3 of the Stamp Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as " the principal enactment ", is hereby amended in sub-section (1) of that section as follows:-
(1) in paragraph (b) of that sub-section by the substitution, for the words " The Minister ". of the words " The Commissioner "; and
(2) in paragraph (c) of that sub-section by the substitution, for the words " The Minister ", of the words " The Commissioner ".
