5. Section 17 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefor, of the following subsection:
| "(1) The Chairman of the Board of Directors shall preside at every meeting of the Board at which he is present. In the absence of the Chairman from any meeting of such Board, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, or in the absence of the Deputy Chairman, or where no Deputy Chairman has been appointed, a Director chosen by the majority of the Directors present shall preside at such meeting.". |
